Pet Policy
A small dog or cat which is already owned at time of application (unless a unit prohibits them) will be considered.
No puppies or kittens are allowed.
No "vicious" breed dogs such as (including, but not limited to) *Pit Bull *Doberman Pinscher *Rottweiler *Chow...
An additional "Pet Lease" must be signed.
An additional "Pet Deposit" of (minimum) $250.00 must be paid along with the Security Deposit.
NOTE: Management reserves the right to evict pets which are or become bothersome or destructive.
