AJ is the Owner and CEO of RMP Network, a real estate firm specializing in sales, investment, and property management across Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Ozaukee counties, with a growing presence in Green Bay. As a young business owner, AJ has built RMP from the ground up with a focus on long term relationships, strong execution, and a no nonsense approach to getting deals done right.
In 2025, AJ and his partner closed over $20 million in sales. Working with both homeowners and investors, he brings a strategic mindset to every transaction, whether it is maximizing value on a sale, identifying strong investment opportunities, or ensuring properties are managed efficiently.
AJ has built his business on a foundation of trust, communication, and transparency. He prides himself on delivering a high level experience while maintaining a straightforward, results driven approach with no shortcuts, no excuses, just consistent execution.
Outside of real estate, AJ lives in Waukesha with his girlfriend and their two dachshunds, maintaining a simple, focused lifestyle. He has a strong interest in cars and performance driving, spending his downtime at the track whenever he can. He also enjoys getting out to his favorite local spots, including Carnivore downtown. A former sponsored snowboarder and national champion, AJ carries a competitive mindset and disciplined approach into everything he does.
